How a headline becomes a memestock.
Agents read the wire, score which stock narratives are actually accelerating, and any wallet can turn one into a token paired to the real tokenized stock. Half the trading fees come back to holders in that stock. This page is the whole mechanism, in order.
A market for stock narratives, not just tickers
mstonks scans the supported tokenized-stock universe for news, extracts stock-linked narratives, and measures with live post counts whether attention on each one is emerging, accelerating, peaking or fading. Any trader can then launch a memestock attached to that narrative, quoted in the real tokenized stock, on Base or Robinhood Chain, from a wallet-connected web terminal.
Each launch uses permanently locked Uniswap v4 liquidity and routes LP fees on a fixed split to the launcher, a stock reward pool for holders, and the protocol. The token stays linked to its parent narrative everywhere it appears, so after you buy you can still see whether the story is still running.

How a narrative gets found and scored
The engine is decision support and a distribution layer, not an autonomous issuer. It surfaces evidence that a stock-linked story is moving. A human decides whether to launch or trade anything.
- Discovery. Continuous news scan across the supported stock universe. An agent extracts the stock-linked narrative: which company it touches, what the claim is, and a plain why-now summary.
- Measurement. Post counts on X set the current rate for the narrative and compare it to that narrative's own baseline, so a story that normally runs quiet still registers when it jumps.
- Scoring. Rate, velocity, acceleration, novelty against baseline and narrative share roll into a momentum score and a lifecycle state, refreshed on a schedule.
- Evidence. Only when a narrative crosses a threshold or changes state does the engine pull a small sample of fresh, high-engagement posts, so the score stays counts-derived and the evidence stays cheap.
- Separately, launchability. How memeable a narrative is scores on its own. It is a launch aid, never the ranking signal for attention.

A lifecycle state is a description of attention, not a forecast of price. Emerging means early and unproven, not safe. Breakout means crowded, not guaranteed.

Turning a narrative into a memestock
Every launch carries a narrative_id. That is the rule the rest of the product hangs off:
the token page keeps showing the parent narrative's state and trend after launch, and the narrative page
lists every market attached to it.
What a launch sets
- Chain. Base or Robinhood Chain. Each has its own canonical registry of stock tokens.
- Quote asset. The canonical tokenized stock for that company on that chain. The memestock is priced in the stock, not in a stablecoin.
- Identity. Name, ticker, image and description. Duplicate names and symbols are flagged for information; metadata and images are checked for safety.
- Fee tier. The LP fee charged on every trade, picked at launch. Reservations in the terminal default to 2%, and the split below is the same whichever tier you choose.
- Liquidity. Uniswap v4, permanently locked at launch. No team allocation, no unlock lever.
Fee split, fixed at launch
The beneficiaries are burned into the contract at launch and cannot be changed afterwards. The 50% leg accrues to a reward collector and is converted into the paired stock token for holders.
Launching is permissionless, which means nobody is vetting the thesis for you. A narrative score says attention moved. It does not say the claim is true, or that the token will hold value.
Before the launchpad opens
Until launch day the terminal runs in reservation mode. You pick a narrative, the scout agent drafts the token with you, and one wallet signature records you as the scout on record for that pair. Nothing mints, nothing moves, and there is no gas.
- What you are holding. The narrative and stock pair, your name, ticker, art and terms, and a queue position on the launch waitlist.
- What it earns. When the launchpad opens and you complete the launch, you are the launcher: 30% of every trade fee for the life of the token, plus stock rewards on anything you hold.
- How long it lasts. Reservations hold until 24 hours after launch. After that the pair is released to whoever wants it.
- Your own thesis. You do not need a board narrative. Ask the agent to search the wire, or describe a story it has not picked up yet and it will name, draw and pair it for you. Custom theses are unscored until the agents start tracking them.
Half the fees, paid in the real stock
- Asset. The paired tokenized stock. Not points, not a governance coin.
- Epochs. Daily. Each epoch's allocation is computed, then published with an auditable Merkle root and manifest.
- Weight. Time-weighted average balance over the epoch, so holding longer earns more and splitting a balance across wallets earns nothing extra.
- Exclusions. Pool, locker, reward collector, protocol and dead addresses do not earn.
- Claiming. You sign a claim and the stock token lands straight in your wallet. Unclaimed rewards roll forward after the claim window.
If distribution is not production-ready on day one, rewards still accrue on chain and the UI shows them as accruing. Nothing is hand-distributed without a published manifest.
Daily up or down on the pair
The first extension after MVP. Memestocks that clear liquidity, market cap, holder, age, volume and price-feed thresholds unlock a recurring daily binary market: will the token close above its reference price at settlement. Thin or manipulable launches do not get one.
- Why it exists. A directional or bearish expression, a hedge for spot holders, and a daily reason to come back.
- Venue. Limitless for eligible Base memestocks at Beta.
- Rewards. Participants share the same stock reward pool as holders.
The wire, answered in public
A distribution and conversion surface, not the source of narrative truth. Mention the account and it replies with lifecycle state and metrics for a stock or a token, and deep links into the web terminal where your own wallet signs anything that spends money.
- Commands. Narratives for a stock, token info, launch from a narrative, quote, buy, sell, rewards.
- Boundaries. Replies only to explicit interactions. No unsolicited replies, no keyword-scanning strangers, and never a request for keys or seed phrases.
- No embedded wallets. Execution stays on the web with your own wallet in MVP and Beta.

Read this part twice
- A memestock is not equity. A token referencing a company is parody or commentary. It carries no claim on any issuer, no dividend, no vote, and no endorsement from anyone.
- Scores are not predictions. Momentum and lifecycle state describe public attention that already happened. They are decision support, and they can be wrong or gamed.
- Geofencing. Tokenized-stock functionality is restricted by issuer and venue eligibility. Coinbase tokenized stocks on Base are not available to US persons, and eligibility on Robinhood Chain is assessed separately.
- Permissionless means unvetted. Anyone can launch anything. Duplicate names, copycat tickers and bad theses all get through. Read the evidence, not the ticker.
- No custody. Your wallet signs everything. We never hold your funds and never ask for keys or seed phrases.
- Not investment advice. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
Straight answers
Do I need to bring an audience to launch?
No. That is the point of launching from a narrative. The story already has attention, and the board is the distribution: your token appears on the narrative every other trader is already watching.
What does the reservation actually cost?
Nothing. You sign a message, not a transfer, so there is no gas and nothing mints. It records your wallet as the scout for that narrative and stock pair.
What happens if I miss the 24 hour window?
The hold expires and the pair opens up to anyone. The countdown gets posted in Telegram and on X before it runs out.
Can I launch a narrative the agents have not found?
Yes. Describe your thesis to the scout agent and it will name it, draw it and pair it to a stock. It launches unscored, and the engine starts tracking it from there.
Why is the token priced in a stock instead of a stablecoin?
Because the whole idea is the link between the story and the company. Quoting in the tokenized stock is what lets fees pay holders in that stock rather than in another memecoin.
Who gets the trading fees?
30% to whoever launched the token, 50% into the reward pool that pays holders in the stock, 20% to the protocol. Fixed at launch, unchangeable afterwards.
Are there team tokens or a presale?
No team allocation and no presale. Liquidity is locked permanently at launch.
When do prediction markets open?
After MVP, in Beta, and only for pairs that clear the liquidity, market cap, holder, age, volume and price-feed thresholds.
